Michael Miller is the principal of Miller Law Office which is a boutique law firm based in Jerusalem, Israel. Michael has 20 years' legal experience and is a qualified Advocate in Israel. He is a former practising member of the Scottish Faculty of Advocates in Edinburgh, Scotland and of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, London and he qualified as a Barrister in England & Wales. 

Michael has received authorisation from the English Bar to advise on English law in Israel and he can advise on Israeli law in English.

a) Qualified to provide a general chambers practice in Israel including providing opinions and advice, legal research, reviewing documents and preparing Wills and commercial contracts.

b) Providing advice on dispute resolution and in particular international arbitration. We have extensive experience in international arbitration and Michael Miller can be nominated as an international arbitrator, or he can provide advice from the negotiation and drafting of a contract to the different stages of an international arbitration dispute.

Michael can be nominated as an arbitrator directly. Alternatively he is on the list of arbitrators maintained by the Israeli and British National Committees of the International Chamber of Commerce (the ICC) and on the list of neutrals maintained by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

2011 - Miller Law Office, Israel advised a Scottish company as regards a contract relating to an Israeli power station.  Miller Law Office, Israel also advised an English director/shareholder in the global settlement of a potential shareholders' dispute including the sale of shares in an Israeli eyewear company. We advised an international investor in an Israeli Hi-tech company in relation to an Advisory Board Agreement.
